For two years (2011 to 2013) I worked as Head of The Awty International School in Houston, Texas (USA).  During my time as Head, the school grew to become the largest international school in the United States (with just over 1500 students).  While there, I posted over a hundred weekly blogs with the aim of making information about international education more transparent and accessible, and to provide some insights into the views and life of the Head of a large international school.  Links to all the blogs are found below in reverse chronological order.
